Yes mate,November 10th.

Just having a couple weeks loosening up a bit on diet and resting then hitting it from there ,dieted off 22kg so far.been sitting round 98kg for the last month or so just maintaining..ill be happy to hit the stage at 93 - 95kg but dont mind comming in lighter if condition is not on. :)
