This has been a hot topic on the powerlifting boards. He is competeing in the Michigan NPC State show May 8th, these pics are from this week, so he's about 2 weeks out in these shots. Where do you realistically think he'd place? I'm not that familar with current levels of state competition.

well his chest, shoulders, and arms look good
but thats all you can tell by those pictures
cant see the legs, but they look to be lackig a little bit
cant see the back
legs + back ......very important in BB shows

back looks good too, very dense for a local comp

pictures taken in a gym, after a good workout are simply terrible measures of what a bodybuilder will look like on stage
stage is totally different, cortisol is working to flatten you, and you havent just worked outheavily
nothing against this guy, because EVERYONE does it
and NO ONE ever looks on stage like they do in their X-weeks out gym pump pics

why should we care?
No other reason, than I'm bored and figured Getbig could sustain one more thread about a man in a thong. Also these Powerlifter dieted down threads are somewhat interesting once and a while.

He must be going or the health look.

I wonder what his workout structure looks like.. I bet he doesnt waste his time doing gay movements like flys, kickbacks, laterals..etc..
Unlike most 'bodybuilders' who think they have to do every exersize their is for each bodypart.

Legs don't match upper body, but pretty solid physique

Legs are severely lacking, no hamstrings on that side chest. Upper body is great though - might be able to win a local show based on that alone, depending on the competition.

He's only been doing the bodybuilder type stuff a few months. The older logs were very basic lifts done with heavy weights/low and very high reps/ low number of sets.
I like the guys from a lifting stand point. He's one of those bulldog type lifters that just gets under the bar and puts in his time.

Looks solid but is his back totally broken out or is it just a poor quality picture? Had a couple buddies who's backs would look SO sick and broken out, didnt see how it was worth it to be big but have a zit farm on their backs.

Yeah, that is something that needs to be put in check, for what-ever reason, he develops super strong back acne-
