Title: Competitive Bodybuilders Most Overlooked

I don't recall if this topic has been discussed before, but name those amateur or pro bodybuilders who you feel were most overlooked over the past 30 - 40 years.

I'd put James Hampton at the top of my list but there are many others. Is there any explanation?

2nd shot is a much younger James.

For me it has to be Matt Mendanhall , anyone got pics of him from the 90's
