All coaches (boxing, mauy tai, jui jitsu, wrestling, S&C) have a contract, or should. Freddy Roach is Pacquios fighter, etc, etc, etc.

My point was that he is not your fighter you are just his S&C coach that's it .You don't teach him how to fight and you don't manage his career .

If he hires my training company, I travel with him, corner him and get paid for it he is my fighter as well as the other coaches. As a matter of fact, I'm with him (as with most) 4-5 days per week, more than the other coaches. His strength, conditioning and making weight depends on me not the others thw same way his skills depend on the OTHER coaches.
