He's a pretty well respected Powerlifter, here's a short bio- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milan_Jovanovi%C4%87_(Powerlifting) , an d his Youtube channel- http://www.youtube.com/user/powerm500#p/u . That bench press introduction video is very good.
