Hurry-Up Diet

Four weeks before training camp opened, Jones was told by Seattle to report at no heavier than 329 pounds. Weighing 340 at the time, he went on a strict diet that was designed by his wife, Val. He skipped breakfast, and every lunch and dinner consisted of half of a boiled or baked chicken along with a healthy side of either steamed vegetables or a salad with ranch dressing. He made the weight cut with pounds to spare.

Good stuff.  I think the whole 'breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day"  is total bullshit.  For the last number of months, I stopped having a big breakfast, and kept it to a handful of chlorella, a few tbsp of fish oil, and a few coffees.  Workout about 15-20mins after this.  My energy levels are as good or better than before, and i've dropped a lot of excess fat.  I think it's more valuable to have a small/medium size protein and healthy fat meal before bed rather than have a big breakfast upon waking.  Not going to elaborate now b/c i'm heading to bed;  it's just the way it is.

All the dumbass had to do was dehydrate.  Pretty sure 'Val' was playing a joke on him.

Yes, compare the Africans that were brought to America and are now African Americans with the Africans living in Africa and you can clearly see some Muscle-disparities.

Both America and Holland have the world's strongest black people today.

Those still in Africa are not as strong.

He just retired.   Won't need that diet anymore.
