Title: WTF - not cool! Special whey protein powder!

I just finished off my 5lb tub of Optimum Whey, and my brother just let me know that when it arrived he poured the whey into a different tub, and filled it with "NesQuick"... hahahahaha

WTF...

i made the pudding and it was great

mr nobody-i did make it eventually-it was great...the thread got moved to another board and thats why u prob didnt see my update on it-no worries

well whey powder converts to sugar so its worked out the same....

If you weren't in such a weakened condition from only 50g of protein a day you could probably do something about it.  Now you have to ask him real nice to give it back and he'll probably just beat you up.  :(
