plan is to do the following:
standing side laterals (2-3 sets)
seated dumbell pressess (3 sets)
upright rows (2 set)
skull crushers (3 sets)
tricep pull downs (2 sets)
any advice? I go pretty heavy and intense, thus the lower number of sets.

"Just do it?"

your plan honestly doesn't matter.....as long as you have intensity, and weight you will grow....just make sure you hit it from all angles....

That's pretty much what I have done in the past (see training log board). Though usually include the Press Behind the Neck in the mix. If I do side laterals, than I do them one arm at a time. Bracing the free hand against a support. More of a swing (cheat) to start the motion. The set number is about the same(2-3 sets..never more.) as TheWorm's. Really don't need a lot of extra sets if focus and intense effort is high.
I don't work arms, but TW's selection is good. Though 4 sets max for me. Good Luck.
