I don't like tattoos at all so for me there's no "best tattoo".

Worst goes to Lee Priest hands down .. tribal in your face ?!? wtf was he thinking..

For MMA fighters,tattoo on back is OK.
And I prefer Japanese Genki Sudo's back tattoo.
