The workout comprises about 10% of your gains, when drugs are involved. Gotta love FLEX magazine and their "SUPER BICEP BUSTER" workouts...ahah.
And who is the weird ol' white lady helping him, feeding him sushi. Strange as the day is long. Kind of like the white haired lady in the Levrone video.

what a vile piece of shit steve blechman is.....found a new 'bodybuilder of the month' to cling on to. blechman collects and discards bodybuilders like a child would do to baseball cards.
gives him a colum , which rolley will never write, for a year or so....or until he doesnt place well and the initial buzz dies down and its time for gluteman to move on to aanother bodybuilder.
you can see how loyal he is......take one MD from one month, and another MD from then next month.......you would be hard pressed to find two with that same lineup of bodybuilder columns. he has absolutely no ethics, he hops on to them when they get some word of mouth, thows a few bucks at them (literally a few bucks)...then gets rid of them
that why the lineup of colums in md magazine changes from month to month, its just a revolving door over there

The white haired lady in Levrone's M3 video was the co-owner of his gym, and like a mother to him, since he his parents died. So she had vested interest in him.
Also, "Grandma", has also trained other bbers, I think she also helped Berry Demey.

That's 665 lbs. And there's more footage of him benching heavy etc etc. The super sets, drop sets etc is just precontest stuff.

She's not that old really, only 53 and she does it all. I don't see what's so weird about a female coaching/training men. Men coaching women seems to be more acceptable for some reason. :-\

Her atheletes do well at the competitions, so maybe not very impressive physiques to you, but they do well at the shows.

But Roelly is one of the few who's capable of putting on and retaining retarded amounts of mass.
Like I said before, all of her athletes are extremely well conditioned but stringy on stage.
