He is 100% correct. 

He was right about the terrorim stuff dead on and even said where it would come from.

It won't happen up here in Canada. We're far to polite and orderly to engage is mass civil unrest,
...except maybe the Quebecois. You don't want to get a Quebecois all riled up.  :-\
