I dont eat pineapple at all now due to the change of my metabolism.
Now I am eating 200g of rice and 1kg of chicken.
Very. But Very hungry.....

There is no perfect text book diet.
You should alter it and observe how it react.

I told you before that you need to lower your weight down under 75 and compete on the category,, but you were not listening to me, and see now what happens, you are 74.5 and looking your best ever.
Moreover, based on the amount of fat & water left in your body, I believe you can even reach 69Kg and compete on the 70 category while being SHREDDED to the bones and extremely dry!!
Best of luck bro, and you had better take it home this him ;)

Whether you're a bodybuilding fan or not kyomo is an example of a man just living life as he wants. Always cheerful and upbeat no matter the flames some give him here. He's as close as living the dream as you can be. Just reading him over the net his enthusiasm and zest for life just exudes right through the computer screen and inspires me.

How's Paco doing? I ate dinner with him and his trainer a few times when he visited Canada. Even though they don't speak good english, still had a good time with them and lots of laughs.

So very short time we have known each other.
But we talk about the life philosophy a lot. I got divorced once and that was very tough time for me. So talking about the life philosophy is very important. The great part is that she think exactly same as me. And her situation is similar to me.
We want kids. But we have to live together at first. Step by step.
