I'm not flexing or anything... and as I get leaner it gets harder and harder to keep any semblance of arm size... but what the heck...
-
ROFL @ filename!
;D
were you opening for the village people that night 240?
leaning out for sure.
-
at least you're wearing ants this time.
-
I hate scales with a passion now.
When you're wearing a shirt and totally delusional, seeing that scale go over 200 and higher feels awesome. Watching the number drop is like watching your penis shrink :(
-
Great Pic Rob
-
LMAO I didnt know you were a stripper 240... ;D
looking leaner bro dont worry about the mass right now get lean then build up slowly.
I agree though about the shirt on and scale I was stoked when i first broke 200 looking back i was carrying a good couple of winter layers of fat... :-\

i was 125 pounds when i graduated high school. so hitting 200 was one of the most glorious moments of my life hahahaha... even though it was 20 or 25% BF

LOL I always had to watch my weight so when I stopped I put on weight like a fat kid eating cake...I remember breaking 200 and being stoked but I got out of breath tieing my shoe laces hahaha
still get a kick though that I can wear XL size shirts in most brands...That was another milestone I was stoked about and glad I can still pull it off for the most part. Only problem is im short so while they fit in the chest and back they are generally like dresses on me or the arms are way to long for me...

The John McCain shade is healthy for the skin :)

I have that white irish skin. I go outside a lot, but don't tan, I burn. So I try to limit it.

I broke 3 office chairs in a year. When I was skinny I would just plop down on furniteure like it was nothing. I tried that at 210 pounds, and the poor chair would break. over and over.
I'm 5 foot 9, maybe 5 10 when I'm not slouching. 125 pounds at age 25... man that was so bony. Looking back, I think getting fat was the RIGHT move, to be honest. I'd probably have gained a little weight, but I dont think i'd be in the high 170s today (and more muscular than I was at 125) without going up over 200 once.

LOL damn 3 chairs...Ive broken one of those foldable tail gating chairs so Im always really careful when I sit in one now.
I hear you Im 195ish now and im going to try to cut to 175-180 and I agree that I probably have more muscle and am definitely alot stronger than I would be if i had tried to watch my weight but I think I would try to stay lean if I had it all to do over again anyway...In the end to me now anyway its more about how you look and I dont look so good with my winter coat on... :-\

I enjoyed a big ice cream sundae each day, for the last 2 weeks. I added probably 5 or 7 pounds. Not as sharp, but much fuller everywhere.
ahhh always the struggle... be a lean twink, or be a fatass.

you just go with it,do what u can do with what u have, you have one of the better attitudes here bro,on the tan thing i thought u have italian last name?or did u get shortchanged on the tan gene?the irish will kill that,i have southern italian blood if i get red it lasts a day then brown and brown ect,,,,,
