I was thinking about trying some B12 injections just to see if they would have any effect but after seeing some of the sides I decided against it. Instead, I wanted to try to make a B12 nasal spray. I assume I could use a mortar and pestle to just grind up some methyl b12 pills and then dissolve the powder in some solvent and put in a nasal spray bottle. Can anyone suggest a solvent that the b12 would dissolve in, but not evaporate quickly or burn like an alcohol?
