Last time I was as Supertraining, they were making fun of me for being 220lbs. I was told to take half a liter of chocolate milk, half a liter of whipping cream and two scoops of protein for my breakfast shake.

Anyone who eats tons of carbs and protein is gonna have horrible gas

Ronnie was notoriously a nightmare to be around - he absolutely stank.
