Good video. Humble guy working hard right there.
I don't agree about his genetics. He has the ability to pack on muscle in the right spots without too much distension, and has notably thin skin allowing him to come in very conditioned. Good frame especially for a short guy.

Mmm, about good flame for a short guy.. Lee(priest) and Shawn has way better flame. If he had good flame, his double bi front can be his good pose.
But its not. Ok, his flame is not but either.
His skin is good. Its thin.
About distension, I think he has a secret. When he was with Milos, actualy his stomach began to grow.
But, now its ok and starting look big in right areas with staying his waist small.
I dont have any clue how they(Jay also) do it.
