Making noise akward? Who would ever do such a thing while lifting heavy things. ::)

And oh my god if you see someones balls, that must be very traumatic.  ::)

1. 3" squats
2. 3" leg presses
3. Dumbbell/Barbell curls with 2 step running start
4. Bent over rows while standing straight up
5. Bench presses while guys back of the head is only body part touching the bench
6. 3" military presses
7. 3" Bench presses combined with point 5.
8. Wide grip pull-downs while leaning back down to 10° angle.
9. Seated rows while leaning back down to 10° angle

I hate the cardio "free spirits" what get all dancey and singalong and otherwise free spirity. Not awkward, just hate.

I saw someone doing curls with a dumbbell, while standing on one leg on those exercise balls.

I have seen this only once in the decade I have been training and it was the weirdest thing I have ever seen in a gym. Well, almost as weird as the first time I worked out in a Gold's down in Miami.
