It should be near 100% now that they passed that ammendment.  Police can ask for ID if the person is stopped for a violation or suspected crime.  I have no idea why people are still objecting.  I think many aren't aware of the ammendment that was passed which changed the law & reduced the chance of profiling.

most ppl not all but most were against this bill before they even knew what was in it and like you said most dont know that an ammendment was made.
