Title: If...
Post by: dj181 on May 14, 2010, 12:54:41 AM
Roughly once a week I have a near fast day, basically I eat my typical breakfest of an egg and cheese omelet with tons of black coffee, and I imagine that this breakfast contains about 30gr of protein. At the moment, Im just trying to maintain muscle while losing bodyfat. So I'm wondering if these near fast days are having any kind of major negative and/or catabolic effect upon my efforts?
