1) Oatmeal and Egg Whites

2) Protein Shake

3) Cod and broccoli

4) Flank Steak and green beans

This:

1) Eggo waffles loaded with melted butter and maple and blueberry syrup, glass of O.J, 4 eggs scrambled with hot sauce and mozzarella

2) went to sleep after the Somas kicked in

3) McDonalds cheeseburgers and a Foster Freeze Butterfinger Blizzard with fries

4) went to sleep again after the Xanax kicked in

5) Taco bell... almost everything on the menu (except for the sour cream cuz I still have some on my shirt) and a Coke with no ice.

6) went to the gym but bullshitted on my cell the whole time. Hooked up and went for a few reebs... smoked some bud.

7) Ice cream, cookies, twinks (twinkIES) barbque chips and penis (I mean, "peanuts")-- candy and cinammon rolls.

8) Back to bed after the Ambien kicked in...

9) woke up in the night for some more ice cream and a spoonful of Peanut butter and chocolate milk...

Cardio was walking to and from the fridge and rinsing my dishes...
