That bum is a chick.  She goes around town and acts as a kind of bodyguard to celebrities from the paparazzi.   She sometimes grabs the celebrity and gets between them and the cameras hoping for a handout.

Looks as brutal as that 'Clash of the Titans.' I love wasting $ on Summer movies as much as anybody, but that crap was worse than the Transformers second one.  >:(
