ok i do mass compound excersices like bench deads and squats along with others.. i usually go one day on one day off.... im goin to summer school monday-thurs and that takes all my time, so what if i have a 3 on 4 off schedule? i was gona go fri sat sun and have m-th off.. what do u guys think? is this too much rest in btw workouts? thanks

its better to have it balanced. i'm going throught summer summer school. fast track class. im going mom-fri also. as well as full & spring. i did this split around the light and hard days. on monday and weds its only two class and tue & thru im going from 9-4 heavier day this worked for me
fri chest/bis
sat legs
sun off
mon back/traps
tues shoulders/tris'
on tues i would wake up alil bit earlier. its not a big deal to me bc i just take an hour or less\
