I'd like to take Bronkaid, St Josephs 81 mg aspirin, and 1 cup of Breyer's Coffee Ice Cream for my caffeine requirements.
Has anyone tried this, and what kind of results did you see?

If you can eat just a cup, go for it. I've never opened a half gallon of ice cream that I didn't finish in an hour.
I bought a bag of Double Stuff Oreos this weekend, ate one sleeve on the way home, the second with milk and the third for breakfast the next day. That's my version of restraint.

I used to make my protein shakes with a cup of vanilla ice cream. It was amazing. Then I found myself just pouring the protein powder in the ice cream container and eating the whole thing. I no longer keep ice cream in the freezer.
