Ya, there were some pretty astonishing images that made the front page of at least two Canadian national newspapers today. Those Thais mean business.

Someone bombed the bank round the corner from my appartment, then they bombed a local supermarket and looted another. First I knew was all the people running up my street.

Todays violence is being billed as a mob running wild after having their rally ended. This is not the case, this was planned in advance.

This isn't about rich vs poor - it's about one of the richest guys on the planet wanting to become the president of Thailand - which involves the removal of the royal family.

Hasn't the "King" been in the hospital for a very long time? On his last legs? And he refuses to speak?
