I'm sure oatmeal wins but I'm sick and tired of it in the morning. Is oatmeal that much better than whole wheat bread. I need an opinion please!!!!

not really.
as long as it's made with 100% whole wheat, it's fine imo.

Wheat Bread is fine, my logic is what will keep me fuller, longer

ezeikel bread or any whole grain sprouted bread is fine. Oatmeal though is not just oats. Apparently it has an effect in the stomach due to it's chemistry that enables better digestion. Read up on the benefits of oatmeal.

mon_of_steele if i remember correct when I got on the anabolic diet you were on as well. You still on that diet?

which is the best anabolic diet? i like oatmeal, but i use cinnamon, diabetic maple syrup, agave nectar, pumpkin pie spice etc, depending on my mood. I also add a tablespoon of ground flax and wheat germ to it.

Wheat and wheat gluten can be troublesome to a lot of people.
