I'm about to start using gh (starting at 2 iu's a day, then moving to 4) for probably 3 months or so, while cycling on and off clen. I'm not on steroids since my only goal is to lose weight, how much t3 is safe for me to take while on this, with the goal to be not to lose any large amount of muscle? I've got a good amount of muscle and I'm a big guy and while keeping the muscle I have isn't my biggest priority, I don't want to lose any more than I have to and I've been told doing a small amount of t3 while on GH and clen is fine.

You could probably get away with using 50mcg of T3 every day.
I'm not a fan of clen so i can't help you there.

if your using roids, t3 doesnt eat muscle unless you would have been eating muscle anyways.
without roids... not the best idea. try a low dose like 25-50mcg

I'd say like 20%. I'm 6'3'', 238 pounds and would like to lose roughly 30 pounds. I think I'll do what you guys are suggesting and run a low cycle though.

I use 2 or 3 iu's plus 25mcg t3.
If I were you; start t3 @ 25 mcg and increase every three days up to 100mcg than back down. Next just cruise on 25 mcg's the rest of the time.
If you really want to see the fat melt off like butter on a hot plate, add peptides.
100mcg of mod grf1-29 plus 100mcg of ghrp6 20 minutes before your gh shot in the am.
100mcg of mod grf1-29 plus 100mcg of ghrp6 before bed.
This protocol is for weight loss not for size.
