This one is for smokers.
I cut down form a pack to 5 a day for some time now, smoke every 4 hours or so.
The thing is that you fail to cut back smoking is that humans try to fight the feeling of wanting to smoke, thats a lost cause you can never win it, in most cases!
the thing that you need to do is, dont fight against it, but find a way to enjoy the feeling, make it bigger, and bigger!
