That looks like a lot of fucking weight.. and I cringe every time I see a guy do something like that. The damage that type of load does to your joints.. W h y?

im still young so no injuries knock on wood.. but mind you i train abs hard 3 times a week, deadlift heavy once every two weeks, warm up, cool down, stretch, and ice bath...
i try to avoid injury...

started lifting at 18.. im 22 right now.. the most ive ever done is 755lbs not as easy though...

Huge lift, but I've never agreed with super heavy deads.
