I opened this hinking it was when someone is so drunk that they crapped their pants, making them look like they are wearing MC Hhammer's pants.

When you see that, remind yourself of one fact and then ask a question:
1. No contraception method (other than vasectomy) is 100% effective.
2. Would you really want to risk having kids with someone too stupid to wear the right shoe size? :)
