If your estrogen is under control, and your diet is in check you should not have much bloating at all.

Bingo.

Usually when a question like this is asked, the OP can't afford to get too much fatter but is desperate for size. Quality over quantity, make sure your diet is in check, take a multi, lift hard, etc, etc lol... you can use both without getting bloated.

Nothing feels worse than being bloated, you end up feeling skinny-fat despite the numbers on the scale. You just don't look good, and if you're a serious lifter who's not concerned about a big bulk phase then you wouldn't ask the question to begin with. I've lost the desire to compete due to all the bullshit. I stay in shape and when I'm bulking I've at least got a pretty respectable 4 pack and cuts all over (except for the mid-section, only place I store fat)...

Yep should always be able to see at least the outline of your abs. If you cant then yon need to get serious about your diet, or train harder. I have a friend who is a top tier NPC competitor, and at 300 lbs and bulking I can still see the outline of abs.
