hey dudes! i haven't posted here in a while. i just wanted to let you guys know that i am slowly seeing improvement in my training routine and my results. i was doing hammer presses and i had 2 45lb plates on each side, plus an extra 10lb plate, and i was banging out reps and sets like a madman! it felt great! i am 42 years old now, and i haven't felt this strong in a long time! some dude called me a "f'in animal" the other night, and he wanted to know what i was on and how old i was. i used to be the little guy that got picked on all the time growing up. now, i feel good and i am looked up to and respected. i never said i was a bodybuilder when i used this site, but i do like lifting now! COOL! 8) i have been using 2 supplements i got online to jack up my test levels. one is halosite, and one is called aspartalone. i also suck down protein shakes after each workout now, and eat 2 protein bars a day. (i stopped using the carnivor protein shots by the way). i still need blood pressure meds fo now, :-\, but i don't need any cholesterol meds! :)
