Not a problem. They are fighting 3 rounds a 30 seconds with 2 minute breaks in between.

Something tells me a more realistic scenario would be 3 x 30 second rounds with 15 minute breaks in between.

It would be best for MMA if they both faded into obscurity.  I'm not interested in watching a guy in his 40s trying to learn how to defend a takedown on national tv anymore.  Kimbo had his shot and he blew it.  Mariusz got the publicity he wanted so he will probably quit himself now.
