Just went to sleep, didnt do a yogi meditation session, just had the biggest urge so far to realize the self. it happened instantly and lasted for 20 min, it looks like you dont have to sit like a yogi for hours, just need to have a desire, just looked in the mirror, never had such sparkling eyes from all the energy that got trough the forehead, it feels different, it feels realistic. i think i tapped in to a new level. the amount of energy i have now is truly...

Some people will travel over a mountain and see the valley stretching ahead for miles, and think they have found enlightenment.

well it creates a change in the psyche, was feeling down for a couple of days, now im recharged and cleaned in a way, like a burden fell off me.

yes, i was pissed off about my parking tickets, used to have one a week just going for some groceries for 5 min and worrying that i can get a ticket, and erst assured i get one. then i didnt focus anymore about it and never got one, like im eating a sandwich and and watching officers outside pass my car not even looking at. law of attraction does work, but its a lot of work, i didnt get a ferrari just imagining im driving one, thats a load of crap, it requires a lot more to accomplish that. massive action.

its not that hard, you just need to put in some effort, you need to search within, not some power outside, just ask yourself where are you in your body, you will get a sense you re in the heart or the head, then keep that feeling and expirience it. once you realize yourself then you automatically get connected with the higher power outside.

when you meditate your heartrate and breathing get very minimal, you get connected to earth (down to earth) its like a tree, the bigger the roots a tree hasthe higher the leaves reach the sky, same with meditation, the more you go down the more you fly. so its not just some floating.
