Title: Dunga n Ronaldinho
Post by: G_Thang on June 02, 2010, 10:03:04 PM
it's bbing related because of the cardio.

the word is Dunga wont put Ronnie on the team because he wants it to be his team...and Ronnie will steal his spotlight.  When the offense goes cold in the quarters...he'll be getting his shine on the f##k back in Italy cause this Brasil squad is going to get outed with an out-of-form Kaka and 2nd best man Robinho.

Dunga was not a very creative player, he was a game breaker, leader and had the vision and the killer pass that led to a successful attack.

hes built a team of effective, not creative nor entertaining, flamboyant players, defensive, tight midfield, fast wings.

this Dunga/Dinho thing is like Zagallo/Romario in 98. personalities...

The flashiest, most skilled, biggest showman ever in football is in shape and form again and doesn't get to play in the world cup ??? Messi and Cristiano, Roo, they all very good. But individual skill, and performing the impossible, only Gaucho!

maybe Dunga pulls it off, who knows. 2002 everyone wrote brazil off, 9/1 to win, and they won. But they had R9...

ronnie isnt running past anyone anymore but he is still a KILLER passer, made messi look good in Barce and a benefit to the development of Pato in Milan and is now in 90% form or so which is better than 98% of the field as far as setting up strikers.  that's not about his tricks but skills.

dunga is going to EAT this call as they move up the brackets and offense will become an issue when they face equally strong defensive teams with better finishers.

Having the gut and not wanting to practice, and staying out all night didn't exactly help his cause..

But come one now..Elano is on the team..

Does he keep body hair free for a reason? Or just a product of the physique culture that permeates throughout that part of the world?

No, just no.

who has more skill than Ronaldinho at his peak? Who could perform the impossible time and again?

Im not a huge Dinho fan, but you have to recognize, no-one has more skill, mind-blowing touches on the ball. Since Maradonna no-one had that magic.

Messi is the best all round footballer right now. But, at his peak, in France, then at Barca, Ronaldinho was unbelievable. Still very good.

I much prefer R9 to Dinho, but its apples and oranges, one is creative mid, the other the best striker ever. In his Inter days :o
