wild guess he hurt himself training with yates.  mess his cheese up when he was on top.  now...he is trying to make a comeback at 60.  another bber who didnt prepare for retirement.

does this ring a bell chris?  doing real well in austin.  you could have been on that train.

He says he had a pinched nerve and had surgury for his back. When he recovered, he had "drop foot" and is in physical therapy to rehabilitate.
