Just got back into lifting and need to know proper form for squat and
deadlift.

Type deadlift. Hit enter
Watch several videos.
Type squat. Hit enter
Watch several videos.
Always listen to your body. After you do them a few months you can literally feel when your form is bad or correct.

I would also like to inform you that numerous books have been written and dedicated specifically to each of these lifts.
