That it's possible to gain 13 and a half pounds of lean body mass in 3 weeks while losing 2 pounds of bodyfat within that same period of time? Well, Arthur Jones claims to have done so back in 73, and he did all of this at 50 years of age, and without training his legs. Incredible!

Well, he went from 144 to 157 while losing 2 pounds of muscle tissue in the process, and he was sitting at 7% bodyfat when he started this 3 week tranformation. In-fvcking-credible if you ask me.
