Jay Cutler and Victor Martinez train arms during a seminar and answer questions.
Quick question: during the first video Jay commented on his shorter range of movement. He said it looks like he's using a shorter ROM because he's bigger than normal--and that his reps have shortened over the years because he has become much denser. Is this bullshit? :-\

Vic needs to tighten up those abs while on the bench or that belly is going to get bigger. Jay seemes to be tightning up his core on those exercises.

Nice to see Jay looking pretty lean, all things considering. Much better then the fat blobs we used to see during the off season / guest poses..of the early 2000's

Sometimes i laugh when these pro bb'ers explain to other bb'ers the right way etc.. etc...
Don't we all (well, guys that have been doing this for awhile) know how to train and do and exercise correctly?
Tons of Steroid use = great knowledge of human physiology i guess.

no jay is telling the truth, the bigger and more dense your muscles are, the more limited range and you dont have to go as far down or up or you may tear a muscle, and on top of that the only way one understands this is if you get huge muscle yourself. ONce you have huge size and qaulity muscle at 260 and above this is normal and full range.

Lets be honest, the guys just wanted to see victor and jays muscles flexed and watch them train curling 45 lb dumbells.
