Okay 2 points to make:

1: WTF!!

2: You don't want a man who looks like that to endorse your exercise equipment!

Interesting idea. Short rapid movements can cause intense contractions especially if more resistance is loaded on the bar. Something one has to try to see if it has value over a period of time. Would be funny to see a bunch of muscleheads doing this at the same time.

That's one of the owners of Swagger Strength.  They make a lot of products for powerlifters and have a pretty huge manufacturing facility.  They are always coming up with some cool stuff.

As far as this device....a training device which combines inertial force and weight resistance is a pretty cool idea.

Thats a weird piece of equipment.  I just had a Turbosonic X7 in red delivered on Thursday.  Besides being heavy as hell it is really cool looking.  Going to start using it on Monday.  I will let you know how it feels and what it does.

I Googled the Turbosonic X7. Doesn't that cost around 16k?

There was hardly any contraction as a matter of fact so little it's more isometric.

Definately let us know what you think. I know that there's different opinions about how much it helps. Friends that I have that have used the more expensive models like the type you have, said that they could jump higher after using it and that it worked the muscles in a way that they couldn't have by traditional means.

Those vibration machines are a gimmick. Always have been. I have seen people with swollen legs get one but it didn't help.

So you are saying an isometric contraction isn't a contraction?

Nevertheless, Vince strikes me as the kind of guy who had to buy 4 underbed storage bins for all the equipment he acquired over the years, but he rarely opens them anymore because the smell is just too much to deal with.
