What's there to debate?  Cheney and Bush were failures.  Right after re-election, as soon as Bush started pushing amnesty, then the harriet meirs, dubai ports, and katrina situations all put the final nails in the coffin of that admn.  add to the fact that they let the wars linger on, the secrey and patriot act nonsense, the court martials, etc., cheney is not all that popular in many circles, for good reason.

  I wouldn't put Beck in the list of the Neocon wing of the GOP. He, Ron Paul, and others of a similar ilk are giving Conservatism a much-needed enema.
