Bas is a fucking animal, but did anyone else find the video unintentionally hilarious?

I think he's giving good advice, it's just the demonstrations and the way he says stuff that cracks me up.

The whole full length video is amazing, I've learned so much from it when I was bouncing, the guy is a much better teacher/instructor then he was a fighter (well not really, but)  amazing videos he really teaches you so much without bothering with all of the formal art's part of martial arts. Highly recommended

Nah... Slight exaggeration but I do have him in the top ten maybe top five of all time...

Bas came to my show and was working the GLC booth.  He is very funny and cool in person.
