A builder mate of mine finished a job for a guy on the Gold Coast - but he couldn't finalise payment. Instead, he gave my mate 5 acres on the southern edge of Byron Bay sandwiched between the beach and the rainforest. My mate now has what is probably the most valuable campsite in the country!
