Any polls on how (legal) hispanics feel about this law?

As we all know, whoever wins the hispanic vote wins the general election.

Considering over 70% of Arizonians support the law I'm sure there are plenty of hispanics in there.  A podcaster that I listen to lives in Arizona and says all the time that the majority of hispanics there agree with it.  Not to mention that many of our Border Patrol are hispanic.  People need to realize that the Supreme court already set case law precedent in 2005 that the police may stop you for ANY reason whatsoever and ask for papers.  I'm more concerned with the overreaching powers of the federal government than a state trying to protect itself.

Love the new proposal to quit considering illegals children who are born here as American citizens.....will probably get shot down in the Supreme Court, but it could lead to a Constitutional ammendment, LONG overdue, that would address the issue.  Real simple: as a qualifier, both parents have to be legal citizens of the US....period.

Until the constitution is amended, illegals should be deported and they should take their American born children with them.  When the children turn 18, then they can choose to remain an American citizen, or not.

I dont think either party will stop doing it.

Aside from a small far right part of the party, most repubs and nearly all dems will stay silent on the illegals issue, or give them a free pass.  President Palin will pass the Mccain amnesty bill so fast your head will spin dude.

Its incredible that you know what Palin WOULD do IF she was president but wont say Obama is a racist based on what HE HAS DONE and what he has said.
