That congressmen committed assault and battery not just assault, if that kid were to defend himself (and he had EVERY right too) who do you think would have got arrested and who do you think would have been let off the hook? Democrat or Republican, that was f**ked up.

Agreed, but would've been a much better video if he'd punched the old guy in the eye once he refused to let go of his wrist.
