If you dont do them you should start. I'm getting stronger every time i deadlift. I know my gains will start getting smaller but im loving the big jumps im making right now. I just hit 225 10 times i know its not much but its huge for me. I'm hoping to hit 315 for at least a single soon, anyway im stoked so you can make fun if you want, I dont care lol. 8) Oh, this without really ever trying cause of a bum back, but its made my back so much stronger i wish ida started sooner, peace.

Buy some chalk comes in handy as the numbers go up 8)

I wanted to ramp up my deadlift to 525 with a belt and straps this year but I don't think I'll quite make it but I should hit 505.

i gained alot when i first started doing them, then leveled off real fast. they are very taxing on the body

At my Max my personal best was 500x1 - 405x10 - 315x25
After 6months off due to new Girlfriend AKA steady pussy.. this weeks Deadlift was 315x a brutal 5 reps >:(

Yeah i destroyed my back riding dirt bikes. Came up short on a jump and compressed my lower back. I was litteraly on the ground with tears streaming down my face it hurt so bad. Anyway, i can throw my back out scratching my ass, so to be able to be were i am is a tremendous feeling.

Tell me something tough guy...What's more pussy, using a belt or straps? How about wrist wraps for benching? Are those pussy too cause from what I see some if not most
of the strongest guys in the world use those. Oh and don't forget knee wraps for squatting. Some homo like you has always gotta chime in about how it's pussy to use straps
what's pussy is the fucking guys who won't deadlift at all and have a million excuses for not doing them...that's pussy. The deadlift isn't a grip exercise and unless somebody
is on the platform who the fuck cares if they use straps. BTW, I don't use anything but I sure as fuck don't agree with holding back on a movement based on your grip.
