big weight,does the elbow wraps help a bit,and how many without the wraps.and is it like knee wraps for legs just preventive measure on the bigger weights.still impressive.i just never used for presses chest or shoulder the wraps,on leg day i use wraps on heaviest squat or leg press.i feel maybe a few more reps with them with the max weight.

I'm very impressed, especially with the last rep. Those aren't full reps (11) but very impressed at how easy that 12th full rep went up.

Gotta love the BEAST in the background shrugging the 40lbs dumbells. I often wonder, why do some people even go to the gym.
Usually, the type who gets a good shoulder roll in every rep...utterly pointless.
