1 arm plank on stabilty ball
geez this is hard...i cant get over 5 secs
who can do this?

Super tough exercise. Maybe work on one arm planks on a bosu until you can hit the 1 minute mark without shaking.

Watched the video and thought it looked pretty easy.
Tried it today after training - 400m intervals and pullups, so fresh abs - and I got 3 secs if I'm being generous, more like 2.5. I tried it a few more times and got a bit longer, but my form was horrid.
Very ninja exercise.
