if obama and his admin are so green minded and all this crap, and dont want to drill off shore because its just sooooo bad, then why are we giving 2billion dollars to brazil for off shore drilling?  I thought it was sooooo dangerous

Because George Soros has invested 900 million dollars in that venture and Soros is the puppet master pulling Obamas strings.
