Had 2 Big Macs (980 calories), curry (520 calories) and 2 protein shakes (400 calories)
So altogether around 1900 calories all on fast food, damn tasty and losing weight fast (along with boxing training and weights)
Not sure how much protein around 160 grams which is fine by me, I only weigh 165.
Good shit, no more vegetables and skinless chicken for the rest of my life!

cheesecake seems to be ok for me...i think because of the high fat in it...truth be told...ive been eating more sweets on my cheat day once a week and my face has been clear...i think my body has built up a pretty good defense with all the vitamins im taking for acne

That's all you need, I took a look at a photo of myself from the pool. It's so satisfying to finally see the muscles you've built... I can't wait till I have visible abs. :)

I'm on the Adonis/Wavelenght plan, I mainly eat healthy foods though. Lots of beans, good meat, anti oxidants, Omega 3's, etc...

Then you are not on the famous Adonis diet because according to him there are no such thing as unhealthy foods.

Meal 2: Double Cheese Burger BK
Meal 3: Chicken Burrito
Meal 4: Egg Salad Sandwich
Meal 5: 10 oz. Ribeye Steak With Wild Rice

Fast food gets old fast.
The take home message from Adonix and Wave's approach is that to be more sensible in regard to consumed calories.
I'm eating normal and the fat is melting and "strength" is the same.
For someone who is in for 110% optimal growth I guess a strict meat, potatoes, fish, oatmeal regime might be optimal.

If you want to look great then it really doesn't matter wot da fvck you eat, as long as you train your @ss off and take in enough protein, but if you want to have optimal health then dats a different story altogether.

I don't see how..I see 5 meals with an average of 500+ calories..how are you leaning out on 2,500+ calories per day? how much do you weigh?
also technically this is not the adonis principle..this would be something like
meal 1. beef sausage, ice cream and peanut and jelly sandwich. 1,200+ calories.
meal 2. beef jerk (snack on beef jerk) 300 calories
with the idea being getting 1 gram or so of protein per lb.

Please post a recent photo. I'm guessing if Adonis put a bag over his head that 99.9 of all of Getbig would chose his physique over yours. Prove me wrong!

Im all for the calorie is a calorie thing, but I really dont see how it is possible to obtain an optimally high level of conditioning without doing some high-intensity aerobic training ie. Anaerobic/Aerobic Threshold training and Interval training
