There is a college girl at my gym who is ripped like that all year long, not as ripped as Che's wife, but almost as ripped as the golf slut.
She is a vegitarian and does 2 hours of gymnastics every other day and does light weight exercises on the other days.
I think it is possible, but you can't tell by looking at that picture. She could be on clen/T3 or just a cocaine diet, you never know, but i think it's possible.
